Grado Wood Body Retip Exchange Procedure
- after placing an order for a Grado retip from Turntable Lab's online store, a return authorization number (RA#) will be generated and emailed to you in the following business days
- send your used cartridge to:
- Turntable Lab 20 Jay St Suite 1014 Brooklyn, NY 11201
- please write your return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box and pack your old cartridge properly to avoiding shipping damage
- Turntable Lab will ship you a new Grado cartridge once we have received your used cartridge
- allow a two week exchange period
- Grado Retip Exchange also available at our Manhattan location
