Another Studio One classic, back on 45 thanks to Soul Jazz. Brentford All Stars' "Greedy G" is one of those infectious tunes that just sticks to you. Everyone knows it, even if they might not know it by name. Might be the fact that it's actually a cover of James Brown's "Get On The Good Foot" or because it's the main sample source for BDP's "Jack Of Spades" and Ghostface's "Cherchez La Ghost" - either way, it's one of the funkiest reggae joints of all time. Includes IM & Sound Dimension's "Love Jah" on the flip. Staple 45, recommended.
