Finally available on vinyl! And the 180g audiophile pressing just adds to the significance of this release. The Veils, with Finn Andrews as the lead singer and songwriter, released The Runaway Found in 2004. Combining a sincere and undiluted take on romance and passion (possibly related to Finn's affinity for folk) with an ethereal backdrop, the songs on the album have aged well and offer some fine, melancholy-tinged post-grunge moments. For a quick glimpse of the album (incase you are not already familiar), listen to: "Lavinia," "the Leavers Dance," "Vicious Traditions," and "Talk Down the Girl."
